Complaints about Finansvalg

Contact us with a description of the issue and the page or service concerned. Use the complaints address shown, or the general contact address if no separate address is listed. Avoid sensitive information in ordinary email.

Offers and loan agreements

Complaints about a lender’s offer or agreement should be directed to that lender. Finansvalg cannot change a lender’s credit decision.
