About Finansvalg’s role and use of this website.

The service

Finansvalg provides general information and calculation tools. We do not provide loans. Information is not a personal loan offer or a guarantee of financing.

Form and partner check

The form checks whether a partner can help you further. Submitting it is not a loan application. Personal data processing is explained on the privacy page. You decide whether to apply on the partner’s website.

Calculations and offers

Calculations depend on the assumptions you choose. Any offers, rates, terms and credit decisions are determined by the lender. A positive partner check is not loan approval.

External services

External websites have their own terms and privacy notices. Read them before sharing information or entering an agreement.

Rights and changes

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact us if you have questions about the website or these terms.

Information you submit

Provide accurate, up-to-date information and use only your own contact details. Do not submit information on behalf of others through the consumer form. You are responsible for checking your information before submitting it. Do not include BankID codes, passwords or national identity numbers in contact messages.

Acceptable use

You may use the website to read guidance, make calculations and explore borrowing options. You must not submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, send spam or use the service unlawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain other people’s personal information, distribute malicious software or disrupt the service. Automated form submissions and data collection that places a burden on the service require our permission. This does not restrict normal search-engine indexing or accessibility tools.

Content and rights

You may link to the website and use its content as permitted by law. Copying or reuse beyond this requires the rights holder’s permission. Do not present Finansvalg’s name, logo or content in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep information accurate, but errors, delays and interruptions may occur. Check current prices and terms with the relevant provider before entering an agreement. Calculators provide estimates based on the displayed assumptions. We do not guarantee a loan offer, acceptance by a partner or a particular financial outcome. We may prevent misuse and restrict access that threatens security or operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Accepting these terms does not give consent to marketing. Email marketing from Finansvalg (Vauras Invest Inc.) requires a separate, optional choice.
